SAFE BOATING CLASSES FOR THE PUBLIC

One of the principal roles of the Auxiliary is providing safe boating education for the public.  Most Flotillas conduct one or more classes a year.  Auxiliary members become certified instructors and teach the classes which can range from one-day overviews to 13-week in-depth courses.  Classes in navigation, GPS use and other specialties are offered within Division 12 and District 11NR as interest arises.

For further information on Flotilla classes, please contact Robert Firehock, acting Public Education Officer (FSO-PE).

Check the Division 11NR Safe Boating Course List for other courses in your area or contact our Public Education Officer for further information.
